- Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display non-personalized advertising within the Application, which is our sole source of income. For more information on how Google processes data for advertising, please refer to the Google AdMob Privacy Policy: Google AdMob Privacy Policy.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is primarily your **consent** (by providing profile data) and the **necessity to perform a contract** (to provide game functionalities and manage your profile and progress). For the processing of device identifiers by third parties for advertising, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in monetizing the application, provided the advertising is non-personalized, and compliance with the service providers' policies.
4. Sharing and Storage of Your Personal Data
The Developer **does not share your personal data (email, name, age, gender, preferences, profile photo, location, points, levels) with third parties for marketing purposes or any other purposes, except as described in this policy for the operation of the service.**
The data we collect and store directly (user profiles, points, levels) are kept on **web servers located in Europe**, ensuring compliance with the strict data protection laws of the European Union.
As mentioned, the Application integrates third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Firebase for authentication) that collect data directly from your device. Although these services are from a US-based company, Google adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which offers adequate safeguards for data transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
5. Device Identifiers and Biometrics
- Device Identifiers: The Application, through integration with Google AdMob and Firebase, uses persistent identifiers on your device (such as the Google Advertising ID - GAID) for non-personalized advertising purposes (frequency capping, fraud prevention) and for authentication functionality. You can reset your Google Advertising ID in your Android device settings.
- Biometrics: The Application may offer a biometric authentication feature (e.g., fingerprint, facial recognition) for added convenience. This feature is **optional**, and biometric information is processed exclusively by your device and is not collected, stored, or accessed by the Developer.
6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. User profile data and game progress data (points, levels) are retained as long as your account is active in the Application. If you request the deletion of your account, your personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe, unless otherwise required by legal or regulatory obligations.
